Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the JudDoc contract lifecycle management services provided by Juddoc Services Pvt Ltd (“JudDoc”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Enterprise customers may also be subject to a Master Service Agreement (MSA) or order form, which prevails if there is a conflict.
1. The service
JudDoc provides a cloud software platform for contract management and related workflows. Features may evolve over time. We will notify customers of material changes to service commitments where required by contract or applicable law.
2. Accounts and customer responsibilities
- Keep login credentials confidential and use strong authentication practices.
- Manage authorized users within your tenant and revoke access promptly when no longer needed.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any MSA.
- Ensure you have rights to upload and process content you submit to the service.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of your customer content. You grant JudDoc a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Security commitments
JudDoc implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data processed by the service, including:
- Access restricted to authorized users and roles
- Encryption of data in transit over public networks
- Backup and recovery of production customer data
- Logging, monitoring, and vulnerability management practices
- Security incident investigation and customer notification when legally or contractually required
- Personnel security awareness expectations

5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity or availability, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
6. Availability and support
We aim to maintain service availability suitable for business use and will communicate material planned outages or known availability issues to customers through reasonable channels (for example in-product notice or email).
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes to service commitments, system requirements, or privacy practices will be communicated via website update and/or direct customer notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless your MSA states otherwise.
