What to include in a report
- Description of the issue or suspected incident
- Affected URL, system, or product area (if known)
- Date and time observed (with timezone)
- Steps to reproduce (for vulnerabilities)
- Your contact details for follow-up
How we handle reports
Reports are reviewed by our security team under our Incident Management Procedure. We will acknowledge receipt when contact details are provided and investigate according to severity. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerability details until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
